This innovative project comprises six buildings, thoughtfully designed with mixed wood and concrete structures that provide outstanding stability while significantly reducing the carbon footprint.

Komorebi exemplifies sustainable architecture with its bioclimatic design, meeting RE2020 standards, and the integration of photovoltaic panels. The building features double-flow ventilation systems with energy recovery, eliminating the need for conventional air conditioning. Cooling is achieved naturally through night ventilation, complemented by an active slab system for floor heating, powered by the district heating network.
