Genopole is a bespoke laboratory project located in the Genopole biocluster in Évry-Courcouronnes, south of Paris. Developed by Patriarche, it offers flexible office and lab spaces designed to accommodate evolving scientific needs. The 21,000 m² facility supports the National Health Innovation Plan 2030 and aims for high environmental performance, targeting BREEAM Very Good certification. Its modular design ensures adaptability for various research requirements, facilitating rapid setup and modification. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
