Shopping Promenade - Coeur d’Alsace

Situated in a privileged location northwest of Strasbourg, the project is grounded on environmental principles, encourages the development of retail and leisure activities along with other endeavors, such as an organic farming initiative.

The elements in the retail park were designed on a human scale, creating a relaxed family atmosphere. The common areas and the pedestrian walkways, conceived as urban spaces, lead to the lake, a key element in the project, which is where the restaurants are located and activities such as ice skating or boat rides are planned. In formal terms, a varied mosaic of volumes and façades is created as a result, and in so doing promotes contact with Nature.

Our proudest moment, as GreenImagineering was to enhance natural lighting by enlarging ceiling openings.
